I was so excited to celebrate today's holiday- National Chocolate Cupcake Day. My favorite bakery was closed (clearly they don't do their research on baking related holidays) so I figured I'd make my own until I got home and realized I was missing a couple key ingredients. So foiled twice in a row, I'll have to celebrate late. Do you have a favorite chocolate cupcake recipe I can try tomorrow??

It's the thought that counts right? And trust me I DREAMED about chocolate cupcakes today...
