A child died today.
This little girl wasn't related to me and in fact I didn't even know her name a few days ago, but I had the unfortunate experience of watching her life slip away and learned today that they couldn't save her.
I have nothing insightful or elegant to say so I'm not even sure why I'm posting this except I want to scream and kick out at the world and I feel like this is the easiest way to do that.
LIFE IS NOT FUCKING FAIR.
