Stereomood

For when you're just in the mood to listen to music you don't know. I also like that I can skip around as often as I like without getting yelled at. (HINT HINT PANDORA. Has anyone else noticed they've started to turn into assholes lately? Buttloads of commercials and trying to stalk me via Facebook. I don't care what my friends are listening to, and they usually have terrible taste in music.)

I ordered some supplies from a Japanese site & I'm so excited to start making cutesy little lunches. I'll never be dedicated enough to carve little faces in my food but it's nice to have a sweetly presented lunchbox & hopefully it will keep me from just slamming a sandwich & some chips into my bag everyday.

Being depressed about LOST ending

 Look I don't care if you hate the show, think that this automatically qualifies me as a total loser or whatever, but I was genuinely sad last night. I have faithfully watched 6 seasons of this show. That meant 6 seasons of debate and discussion with family & friends, 6 seasons of making connections with people I may not have talked to in such depth otherwise, and 6 seasons of seriously thinking and feeling at least that one night a week. So maybe it's stupid that I feel like I just lost a friend or that I get a little pang of sadness whenever I see images from the show but either way THANK YOU to the writers & cast of this amazing glorious experience, and thanks for bringing us all along for the ride.

AKA the lady who wrote the True Blood series. There's nothing fancy that goes here- you just should read her books. I love her & am currently devouring the Harper Connelley series.

Sweet Tea Vodka

I'm not from the South originally but I still love it like a boyfriend whom I break up with whenever I'm PMS-ing. So I like to honor our dysfunctional relationship by getting accidentally drunk off their greatest beverage at friend's barbeques. And then I decide I want to play soccer & kick a huge rock without shoes on so that my toe bleeds everywhere. It's fun, you should try it sometime.
