On top of spaghetti all covered with sauce

I made delicious turkey meatballs the other day and just heated some up for dinner tonight. All seemed to be well- Forensic Files was on and I also had some texas toast in the freezer. Too bad the stop-eating-before-you-want-to-throw-up-and-die function in my brain was apparently turned off today. UGH, have you ever ate so much that breathing was uncomfortable?

Sure it tasted delicious but death by pasta pushing down on my lungs is not the way I wanted to go.
